Beautiful day and I was feeling a lot of guilt about Maggie not getting to enjoy it. I took her to the gym with me, then we went to the trail @ Garth and ran west 1.5 miles (into strong headwind) then back. She paced us on the way back, keeping it right at an 8:00 pace, leading me by about 5 feet. She's never done that before. My bllister is worse, but Maggie is better. Good trade!
