Did 1/2 mile warmup on treadmill @ Peak Performance as part of my PT appt, then after 1 hour of PT went to trail and ran from forum to scott and back. Tried out new NB Prototype shoe. Very unusual, but comfortable.
Out in 15:50 and back in 14:55. Didn't realize I was speeding up, I just was thinking about Boston and it just happens.
PT is really helping a lot and I think I will be ready for the race.
