Notes

Rode 20.6 miles before this run to get in a 'brick" workout. My legs were tired from the ride and my 16 mile run yesterday, but the run went well. I started easy and my legs came back just before the mile mark. All on trail (out and back). 818, 744, 737, 735, 728.
