Coach had 14 on the schedule but a fast (for me) 10-miler with SIPR was all I had; run started in cold, humid, overcast, breezy conditions and didn't improve much but fairly quickly became comfortable enough in shorts and long-sleeves; was able to keep up with the group for most of the run but slowed down in the last 3 miles from the 9:30 - 10:00/mi pace to 10:10 - 10:30/mi but still kept them in sight; lusted after Lauren D.'s fine, fine ass throughout; good run with the group and glad I decided last-minute (after I dismissed 5:30 am alarm) to get my ass up and go do it
