Not a good climbing session because I was fatigued from the day's first workout at ATC; only 2 climbs in the Kid's Zone area and there were little kids strapped into the auto-belay in the adult section just playing around and I decided not to ask them to move and just went on to the gym upstairs

+ 10x TRX rotation, 12x 15# single-arm kettlebell swing (x2), 12x 20# single-arm kettlebell swing (x2), 6x 35# kettlebell EMOM (5x swing, deadlift high pull, thruster), 40# dumbbell chest press, 30# dumbbell incline chest press, 20# dumbbell shoulder fly, 25# dumbbell forward lateral raise, 15x 45# plate halos

POST-WORKOUT: got to flirt around with Lisa (MILF!) at SOTC; she was looking *fine* in her black sweater and skirt; mentioned her older child and two teenagers but no mention of a husband or bf
