Same drill, 5 min walk warmup, 8x4 min run/1 min walk, 4 min walk cool down. My hamstring/glutes were pretty sore from the lunges I did yesterday, and I debated pushing the session back until tomorrow. But I supposed the competitive fire in me prevailed, and I began running. I felt pretty good actually until the turnaround, when I started to get tired. But soon I felt better until the hill, and the final rep was hard. Definitely a better run than the last two. And it was again super hot. Morning sun is much more brutal than afternoon sun, though. I'm happy with the session and the soreness didn't noticeably affect me. Tomorrow off. Can't wait to be back in Vermont!
