Overall, I am fairly satisfied with this. Tried to be a bit conservative at the start and then go get it at the end. For the most part, I was successful in this.
First half was 29:32 and second half was 29:15. Without the 13 seconds for not running the tangents or running mile 9 at 5:45 and this would have been a PR. Oh well. Good racing and I won my age group.
