Great start with Anthony. First 6 miles was rolling. Had to stop at a biffy and never got back into groove. Tried to drop at around mile 10 and was told that I would have to wait for the sag wagon. Ran to the next relay exchange and was able to ride the shuttle. Got to the finish just in time to see Anthony crush his race (happy for him). Really frustrated with my running -- going to take at least a week off (maybe two) and then try to figure out how to get back on track. This was a less than stellar year of running...
