2 x (3 x 300) with 100 recovery and 0.25 between Sets,
5 x 600 with 300 recovery and 0.25 between Sets,
4 x 200 with 200 recovery,
2 x 150 with 100 recovery
Felt better than expected, but still working much harder than I should be. Legs felt decent (not great) during up tempo portions.
