Notes
First 7 miles of this were just about how I would want them to be and then the wheels feel off. First my shorts were falling down because they were so wet from sweat. So, had to slow down to retie them. Then all of a sudden, I just felt a bit flush and overheated. Knew I had to back off. Of course this was in the part of the course that I think was most humid and had some decent short little hills. Rebounded as much as I could after that, but a bit disappointed with the execution of this! I gave up 5 places that I shouldn't have!!!
