Notes
A solid effort. Wanted to average sub 6 and did. Garmin had course being a bit short -- MEH!
Splits:
5:52, 5:58, 5:54, 5:54, 5:57
6:00, 5:59, 5:54, 6:01, 5:56 (pace -- time was 5:08)
I forgot just how much this course rolls. There are a few decent hills in there. On a more favorable course (Lumberjack), I think I could have been close to a minute faster. Not bad considering my stomach wasn't feeling 100% today.
I would give this an A-. Only downgrade is that I couldn't close the gap on 2nd...
