I SUCK!!!! I just don't have any speed right now and it is REALLY frustrating. Was PLANNING to run a mile as a warm-up and then run hard until I got to 30 minutes. Then turn around and run hard until the last mile. Got pissed off when I was working so hard just to get to 5:50 and shut it down. Decided to AT LEAST try one last somewhat hard 800.
Too much effort being expended to get to the paces I hit. This physical therapy better start paying off!!!
