5 x 1 mile starting at 6:15 and getting 10 seconds faster each mile. Last mile is a go mile. This was marginally OK. Would like to feel a bit more relaxed when I get down sub 6, but just not there yet. I really gotta focus on this diet and get back within range off race weight. I think that will make a difference.
