Pretty solid run today. 5 mile easier warm-up (probably should have taken it a bit easier, but whatever). Then did 5 miles @ around Megan's GRP. Took a recovery mile because I didn't want to run race pace up the St Thomas hill and then did three more faster mile before cool-down.

Overall, fairly satisfied with the effort and the HR during the faster paced portions...
