Note to self -- yoga the night before a hill workout =/= a good idea! Legs were totally toast. Hamstrings were rocks and when I realized this I just phoned it in. Still did 5 repetitions, but the intensity was not there. Glad to get the miles in, but will chock this up to a bad day...
