Fairly content with this workout. Very hard to do this on my own, but I think I gave it a solid effort.

Supposed to be 30, 20 and 10 minute Intervals, but I had to cut the first one to 25 minutes when I realized it was going to cut into the time needed to get to Kyle's race.

Didn't try to kill myself trying to be overly aggressive on the paces. Might have had a bit more in me. Other than that, no complaints.
