Well, overall I am fairly happy with the performance. Take out the biffy break, I had a decent time. I can't under stand why I have the course being almost 2/10ths long? I was working the tangents like no other??? Based on the garmin measured miles and the overall distance, I was sub 1:20? Oh well, faster than I should have been given my most recent equivalent effort.
A good place to build from!
