Notes
Ran this more as a workout. Paced Ron through the first 1/2 mile in around 5:45/5:50, then tried to pick it up and see what I could do.
Not a truly fast course, but happy with the effort!
First and second tried to run away with it. I did catch 2nd place going up the nasty hill in mile three. Encouraged him to stay on it. He did and then outkicked me at the end -- darn kids!!!
