Notes
A bit surprised at the splits. If you would have reversed the first and second quarter, that would seem more like it. It was REALLY crowded at the start and I was totally boxed in. Not sure if this ended up being good or bad? Probably 200 in, I heard Brian yelling at me "What are you doing back here Economy"? Responded that I was boxed and then tried to find some space without expending too much energy. Must have done OK at that.
Second quarter I was just moving. Still trying to find space and move up. Saw people ahead of me that I needed to pass (and knew had no business up there). So, working on turnover. Hit the half and I think the clock said 2:34ish. Was OK with that. Tried to really hit the next quarter due to the downhill, but the pavement was a little rough through there and I had one little stumble -- nothing major, just not as smooth as I would like. Made the last turn and just bit my lip. Knew I had to work the tangents through there as much as possible, but was really frustrated by people who were just drifting about. Pick a line and stick with it!!!

Anyway, stayed on it as much as possible and came through the line in what I thought was around 5:09. Forgot about the chip start and that I was back from the line a bit...
