Felt VERY good through this. 2 mile warm-up then 6 miles with goal pace of 6:36. Got out the first mile of the uptempo portion and just tried to settle in. When I came thru in 6:32. I used the HR as a benchmark and tried to keep it within 10 of that until the last mile. Then I just tried to keep it below 150.
Overall, a solid workout. Could have pushed more, but thought it would be better to stick with the program.
Very please with where my fitness is going!!!
