Really quite happy with this because I got into the higher pace and heart rate without really reaching for them. Apart from the two sore spots, left Achilles and right hamstring (which wasn't too bad really), the legs felt good and were more than ready to do the job. Such a shame I am having to carry these damn injuries and without much prospect of them healing properly unless I just stop running for a few weeks, which ain't gunna happen, folks.
