After last night's workout and not getting to bed until midnight I didn't think I'd be able to get up, but wanted to try to do an easy 10. Turned out that I woke up easily enough and felt great. My legs felt really quite fresh. I had no inclination to push the pace, but it was far from a shuffling recovery jog and I ran 2k more than I planned.
Bought new shoes last night Adidas CS 3 WD. They feel great. Very light, but firm and stable with enough cushioning. My days as an Asics tragic may be over.
