I rate the quality a lot higher than effort here because it was a good *recovery* run. Felt pretty stiff to start with, especially in adductors. Stopped at the picnic area in Rinshi to do some stretches and continued on. Loosened up well and moved OK. Later in the run started to feel some soreness in the quads from yesterday's run. The right calf was a bit tender after the run and the lower abdomen a little tender during. In other words, all systems normal.
