I plan to do 10k at this kind of pace on the road tomorrow and was really just going to have a light run on the mill then jump in the pool for 20 minutes. Just couldn't resist to have a bit of a spin. Everything felt good. Had the slope to set to 1% the whole time. I think this is a lot easier on the legs than the same pace on the road.
