Ran 16 miles in 1:50:12.82 (6:53.3 min./mi.) Today's plan, 16 Steady state miles @ MGP + 20 seconds (6:56 min./mi.) I was rolling along really well for the first twelve miles then all at sudden I realized that I had not properly fueled pre-run. Gritted my teeth for miles 13 & 14, then just had to take my foot off the gas for the final two.
