Notes

Ran 13 miles in 1:38:46.71 (7:35.9 min./mi.) Today's plan, 5 shakeout miles @ 7:50's, 8 miles @ 7:20's min./mi. Considering how my legs felt after yesterday's run, and how I felt when I got up this morning, I am pleasantly surprised with this run. My calves and hamstrings were so tight this morning I could barley walk. With lots of stretching and some heat treatments throughout the day my legs got to feeling much better.
