Ran 8 miles in 52:51.41 (6:36.4 min./mi) Today's plan, 4/4 recovery/interval miles @ 7:30/5:45 min./mi. I'm glad it was cool this evening 'cause I was working during the interval miles, but I still had plenty in the tank after this run; probably going to move this up to a 6/6 workout next week.
