Notes

Ran 20 miles in 2:29:19.36 (7:28 min./mi.) Today's plan, 12+ miles @ 7:20 min./mi. With some runs cut short this week, and some uncertainty about how much time I might have to run tomorrow, I knew I wanted to add-on to what was planned for the day; and kinda' surprisingly felt pretty strong at the end. My running is a real roller coaster right now, one day I'm flying along effortlessly, the next it feels like I'm tied to a tree.
