Ran 8 miles in 1:05:49.23 (8:13.7 min./mi.) No plan today. After not running for 13 days do to a strain in my lower back (and do to working back-to-back 100+ hour work weeks), todays goal was just to try and run some. First two miles were pretty rough, got better as the run progressed, but never felt great; probably going to be another week or two before the back feels better.
