Went out a bit to hard. But recovered to finish feeling pretty good. 432 cals of INFinite plus 330 cals in gels. plus 3 bottles of water. rpe8. Garmin did not download data. Manueling inputting data. cadence avg 86. This includes warm up and cooldown in which I do not concern myself with cadence as much. I want my cadence to be around 90 rpm. And it most likely was excluding the warm up and cooldown.
