rpe 7-8. Worked abs. Started run with sore calves. Kept HR undercontrol. The cooler temps have really dropped my splits...Really confused over what my IM efforts are. My Hr's and pace show no signs of fatigue. Mentally I must be thinking I am phyiscally fatigued...Taking the evening off and having dinner...
