rpe 7-8. Since I was working through some light fatigue earlier in the week, I decided to take OWS at an easier effort. Felt good at times and I struggled a bit at other times. Swam 2 loops. avg HR 132 max 146...Swam same distance as OWS Sunday and was 4 min slower. HR's were much higher as well...As you can review...Fatigue level has decreased since last nights good sleep..
