Second longest continuous run of my life. Check the intervals for mile splits. For the first time ever, I included regular walk breaks. At the beginning of each mile (except for the first), I walked for 90 seconds. I was amazed at how much energy I had at the end of this run (check mile 10, which was fun). I'm glad I waited a day to do this run, as the nearly 20 degree difference was awesome. At times, the wind made things almost cool.
