    Notes:I remarked to Cheryl when I got home: it needs to get hot outside again.

    Why? It's easier to run very easy when it's warm out. When it gets to 70 and below, things feel easier. The problem is, my legs may not necessarily agree with my brain after too many of these. So far, I've been able to get through 1/6 of my marathon "training" without major issue. I'd like to make it 5/6 more doing the same.

    Time to get and stay smart.
