What a run, what a run! This was one of those days where I was just going to put the run off...another day...but I didn't and I said, what the hell, I'm just going to run an easy 3 and that easy 3 turned into an easy 5! I felt so great at the 1.5 mile turn around mark, that I just kept going.

I've read before that this isn't good for you...that you should stick to a plan in order to avoid injuries....just because you can run it doesn't mean you should....yada yada. I left all that at my apartment door and just went for it anyways.

I can feel my body as I'm running and I know fairly well what I am capable of at this point in my training. And 5 miles is certainly do-able. If it weren't for sheer laziness and boredom with my routes, I'd be running 5 miles every time I went out. I desperately need to get to the 6-7-8 mile mark so that I can run to the Charles and indulge myself in it's all running glory once again.

I peeped it a bit on my 10 miler this weekend, and it felt good to be back!
