Another Mugsy run. Only 2 miles, trying to run faster this time. I need to diversify my pace! Slow on long runs, yes. But faster when I decide to go out on a 2 or 3 or 4 mile run. Felt great too. Wasn't hurt or tired, and this was with the dog in tow - constantly pulling every which way - very annoying. He's better on longer runs cause he gets into a pace after 2 miles or so, the first mile is always hell, jumping around, chewing the leash, pulling. Trying to get him to figure it out.
