Worked in 8x100 (0.7 mi) at 5k pace (5:52/mi) on the 1/2 miles for the first 4 miles.
For the balance, kept the pace at a steady 7:41/mi - until the late miles when I increased it.
Incline was set at 2% on the intervals - and kept it btw 1-2 % throughout the whole run.
Solid aerobic run.
