Good transition back to speed work after marathon covery.
Did a w/u mile - then 5x600 m repeats at 5:52 pace - w/ 90 sec jogs at 8:49/mi. Got through the intervals with relatively no issue.
I had another bathroom break - 2nd run in a row - for about 5 min. Need to watch the diet.
Goal is to be <170.0 lbs by Sunday AM.
