Evening run - back in on the tread. Pouring rain outside. The weather is about to turn for the worse.
Pretty steady 7:30's throughout the run with a strong finish. No stops.
Initially was scheduled for 14 - but decided to cut to 12 and trade this run with Thursday's 12-miler.
