Did 4x600m at 6:15/mi on hotel tread. Really warm room. had to take a break after the 4th repeat to cool down. Couldn't hack it. Took a 5 min break - then did a 5th repeat - and then run only to 6. Scheduled for 8 - but was fatigued and they felt like junk miles in the hot room
