Did a warm-up mile at about 8:00. Then kicked into tempo's - ran the slow side of the range to make sure I could hold for a few. Started at 6:40 and eased into 6:35 for the first mile - then progressed to 6:25 for the sixth mile. Did 6 in 39:10 - then finished out with a G.A. 4 miles. Nice comeback workout after being sick earlier in the week.
