Notes

Set incline at 1.5% for most of the run - except the final couple of miles. Completed a warm-up mile at 8:30. Did 3x1 mile repeats at 5:52/mi pace (10.2 mph) - with 2 min jog interval at roughly 9:00/mi pace. I was scheduled for 8 - but decided to cut this run short to 7.
