Notes
I took yesterday off because i was really beat up and sore. I was still sore today at work but as i was moving more at work i felt a little better. I really did'nt know how far i would run this evening when i started so i headed out at a comfortable effort, as much as could with temps at 88 degrees with high humidity. I ended up doing 7 miles and had to pick the last 2 miles up because it was getting really dark and i did'nt feel like getting caught in a storm tonight. Surprisingly it did'nt feel as bad as i thought it would as a i picked the pace up. I felt better overall at the end of this run. I did have a little twinge of discomfort/tenderness in my left achilles but i stretched it after the run and once i got home i put some arnica gel in the area, and it was a little swollen, so i massaged the gel around the tendon and worked some of the swelling out around the ankle then put my CEP recovery socks on and now as i type this i don't have any pain in it whatsoever. Anyways it's been a pretty good day, and hopefully tomorrow will be even better. Splits for the run:8:53,8:51,8:28,8:20,8:11,7:48,and 8:11.
