Kept this run short and sweet tonight. Rough day at work, stiff and achy joints all day with this weather. Arthritis was making it tough to even start this run. I waited until the rain stopped b4 starting this run and it probably did'nt make too much difference any way. Kept the effort at a true recovery effort(65 to 70% of max HRR). Trying to stay consistent with keeping the efforts short and easy to have something on race day. Hopefully things go well.
