Nice easy run with Glenn and Marshall tonight on a short and sweet 5 miler. Perfect conditions, including the headwind. Legs felt good to open up and let go. Hopefully will continue to go well through to Saturday at Poca 15k.

Great run you guys awesome splits!How is Glenn doing I haven't seen him for awhile or Mj for that matter.The last time I talked to Marshal was doing Cdr coming off of the hill!I really need to get up you alls way this summer!

Glenn is just bouncing back from a knee injury that put him on the sidelines for a couple of weeks. Marshall has been doing really good with the training.They both r supposed to be doing Poca tomorrow. You definitely need to get up to Charleston. I am running up there for all of my runs now, since moving to Jackson County. I run right after work. Hopefully we can hit some LR's together this summer. Hope the training is going well for ya Mike. Always good to hear from ya.
