Legs felt pretty nice all except i have a swollen 2nd toe on my left foot that is swollen(I think where the nail is jammed in the nail bed) that might be getting infected. I soaked in epsom salt last night for about 30 minutes which made it a whole lot better, but flared back up during the run. I hope something that small does'nt screw up my training right now.
