Double time rest.
Not bad, but these more endurance-oriented intervals are tough. Thinking a little 5-pace training, with a little of a possible 800m this summer in mind. Be good if I could work to something more specific, like 2 x 2 x 800m in the summer. In the meantime, I'd like to work up to 6 of these by April.
