Notes

I would like to build the fast sprints and the endurance sprints at the same time. First get the 12x12 up to 60" then the 14x15 up to 30" and eventually 50" I guess, working towards a 400m.

I loved this workout. A bit bummed that I'm learning again this season without any proper goal, but the adaptation is happening! When I started 12x12 was hard for 10". Now 30!! In just a few weeks. Maybe by April meet I can do it for 60" and enter a 400.

A little strength after.
