Notes
This was 4:58, just like the 28th, but I pressed lap instead of stop :(. So tough to run after the ex last night! Before my stride loosed, improved I couldn't go fast, because that deep fried mars bars wrapped in bacon was still holding tight. Lots of burping, deep desire to poop. On a positive note, that hill is only getting faster (looking forward to doing more hills in my global phase) and after I pooped I ran a 4:31/k and that last k was 4:52, which is definitely a goddamn record. Functioned as a kind of progression, sorta.
