Pace all over the place, indicative of me having a good time and going downhill or flat at the beginning, but then hitting uphill into wind from about 14km. I mean, from when I hit Quidi Vidi and left the shelter of the trail. Why do we hide from tailwind and expose ourselves to head wind? Still, one of the best runs I've done, tied for longest, felt great, and even where I fell off, I fought mainly to keep my form in adverse conditions. Happy to be home and running. Oh, and went out to the legion - great, great place. Will try to make this regular. I love my running friends. I feel at home around them. PS Fastest pace all week, hahah! First time in the Kinvaras.
